I recently left from the HR team. While I was only there a brief time it was the most toxic environment I have ever worked within. Politics galore starting at the top!!! Major change is needed for HR leadership!!! Get out like I did!!!

It'll get replaced by AI for sure. ll ndians
HR is a complete joke at GF. When I was there as a manager they did nothing useful other than force performance distributions. At some point HR is totally replaced with AI, the sooner the better.
@1q6 So later on, is HR going to be running the machines?
@1pw But they’re better at office politics than you. Their only track record is laying people off they cut you just to make money, just to get their bonuses.
The HR are clueless truly the flunkies from their respective universities etc. They truly are bottom of barrel
@xx
it already is
80% recruiters come from 1 country, guess which
They do BUY themselves a sh-t ton of positive looking awards from various “organizations”

It is my dream for HR to read any of what is written on this site and think deeply about doing the right thing. But, in reality, they are the secret police and don’t care what is written here, whether the company succeeds, or what happens to anyone (execs included) after they leave GF.
No wonder everyone has nominated HR jobs to be some of the first to be eliminated by AI (source: Gartner).
@wj
HR should be outsourced as a cost savings and moral builder.
The people who dislike HR more than regular people are managers/execs trying to get a good person promoted. HR loves to reward disloyalty and job hoppers.
Can you at least confirm if they post on this site in upvotes?
@jm I saw the newly hired HR person for the first time. He smiled, but he looked scary.
HR has always been and useless over staffed department since day 1. The person hired to create the group must be a student of St-lin.

@OP Such a genius operation—they hand out awards to the highest bidder and strut around in fashion shows like it's the Oscars. That HR girl at F8? She's got manipulation down to an art form.
