@dy Are there examples of this going wrong? In theory the only people who know who hits the button are two removed from the worker themselves. If you are 32 and click the button, I can see how that may tarnish your name. But if you age is that of someone who could potentially retire, you could alsways claim that you were trying to save someone else's job.
How do they treat you in the future when your click doesn’t get accepted?
