If you are store level asset protection or Human Resources expect cuts early 2026. Rumors circulating that both those positions will be eliminated from bronze doors and under. Golden doors will more than likely still have those positions. More than likely asset protection will be the first to go, followed by H.R. leads.

I think store HR will be the first to go, managers will take over those tasks.

In my store we have not had asset protection since before COVID. And our HR lead left in May and has not been replaced.
Asset Protection and HR is at silver and bronze doors too,
@OP Bronze stores has LP? The only stores that have had LP and HR is only those wonderful golden stores.
