These surveys are beyond RIDICULOUS…there is no REAL changes from them just more busy work!!! We as managers and Directors are not typically the issue but we have to fix it and create a goal..wtf?! The insanity in senior leadership is running wild. Employees want better raises/AIP, more PTO, TO WORK FROM HOME, to not need to use 6 platforms looking for pieces of information and for sh-t to just work in general. He-l I settled for not having too reach out to 20 people looking for simple answers. As line level manage and Directors we can tell our Staff VP’s til we are blue in face about raises and AIP needs but it doesn’t matter! That is if you have a Staff VP that will give you time to discuss anything!!!

@OP Could not be more factual -and you are right if they cared it would change but they don't. Ex People Leader here - left this shithole and it was the best decision I could make - and I know many others who did the same - another thing we all have in common - not a word from SVP when we all left not a damn word of appreciation, thanks etc. Classless and true to their "leadership' style

What’s even more disgusting is the worst the ELT/SLT perform the better their bonuses. Us managers can even get a budget to give out a $10 gift card during Christmas. Nobody wants points towards cr-p they don’t need. Leadership will never give out anything that actually costs the company money because it dips into their pockets. Shame on you!!!! Millions of dollars and no sense of decency. They don’t care about us or the patients. Leadership needs to take accountability in these surveys quit hiding and have a backbone!!!

Exactly BUSY work….we have enough of it. These surveys are a complete waste of time. Most won’t answer truthfully in fear of retaliation (not that I blame people) and if you do say something it doesn’t matter. I regret ever working for this company. There is only so much bs I can feed my team as the reality is I can’t make the changes that matter to them most.

@OP same boat! Agree with everything. But they literally don’t care. They don’t. They always give the answer that their hands are tied. They literally have to be soulless to keep doing that “job”. Our VP’s response for everything is figure it out. Great “leadership “
