Trellix Emea

Again layoffs. Sales people numbers going down. Ireland office kicked out lots of people. Crazy again.

Something will happen next year. Both, Skyhigh and Trellix, have become irrelevant in the market.
And irrelevant things tend to disappear.

@OP Just read the CRAs reports on Trellix/SkyHigh. They've already hit selective-default a year ago on some of their debts, and were it not for an emergency distressed debt exchange at that time, they'd already be out of business. That exchange raised their overall credit rating UP from SD (selective default) to CCC+ (junk) status, according to S&P Global. They're literally paying some of their current interest expenses by floating more debt. Unless they pull a rabbit out of their backside and double their revenue from this time a year ago, they'll have no choice but another breakup and sell-off, leaving bodies in the wake (while STG pockets man more millions).

PE firms are pure evil.

Surely no surprise by anyone that ever worked at the company. Shame really.
