Our hard work feed the execs, even this years pay reviews are being done after the executives have had their share of the cake.
What do me and you need to do to get OUR share of the cake? Remember meeting targets is to make sure the executives get paid. What about us!
Listen I’ve been saying this for 10 years , if you really want a pay increase then go find another job if you can. If you can’t then shut up.
I stayed because I was a fool for 10 years and finally got out. 3 Pay increases in the last 505 days, more vacation time than I know what to do with

Why should you get a raise , you on a work slow down , quite quitting. You haven’t had a merit raise in 7, 8 years so you don’t need one as you’re not going to anything about it!

Organize, unionize, bargain collectively. Work stoppage if demands are not met.
Demands should include a permanent end to stock buybacks, and a rollback of CEO compensation to some reasonable multiple of the lowest-paid employee's salary (worldwide, not just in the US).
STRIKE is the only way

Pretty much the only way of getting a raise is leave... Or organise labour and strike.

What does a pleb need to do to get paid?
To get your rises, ensure you meet your client obligations, and sell more to your customers, increase the account margins. Do more with less and fill out your timesheets regularly.
If you keep knocking yourself in the head with a BALL PEEN HAMMER….don’t blame the hammer. It is YOU who chooses to stay at DXC and endure 10 years without a raise. You will only EVER get what you accept. If you accept getting no raise, you will ALWAYS get no raise. WISE UP for cripes sake…..
They will tell you that their bonus is contractual so they can't not pay it...
Whereas our raises aren't.
But it's entirely changeable by the execs but they don't care about the plebs
