Until I understand how I can make a difference to my salary, I'll just show up and then check out again. Which seems to get me the same 0% pay rise as everyone else. This is why the company is in a mess. Explain to us what we need to do to get a pay rise and a bonus and we'll do it! But make it that we actually can. Silly targets we don't believe are possible just lead to more of the same. We're not running a race there's no chance of finishing!
