Yes a ling history of DEI drove his decision making and hiring choices. Scared to death to express his real opininions. He got his generational wealth and quit caring after that.

@2pc this is obviously a rumor. It wasn’t him that got them here. He inherited this nonsense. Now I’m sure he’ll get told to get rid of some of his issue.
Rumors at the parent companies that the board is not pleased with Steve and his leadership team. Maybe moving on from him sooner than planned…

Sounds like Mark L set you guys up like he did us at PSX. We have total incompetence in leadership here at PSX and largely driven by Marks insistence that our leadership look a certain way so he looks progressive. Look at his track record of picking leaders. Disaster across CPChem and Phillips 66

All of the leadership is afraid to address the lack of values this company says it follows. Bartlesville has rampant s-xist outbursts by personnel, homophobic rhetoric in front of leadership, using company time to call and threaten elected officials. Personnel make fun of people’s religions to their faces (in front of supervisors) and they all just laugh. Talk about how they want to ki-l immigrants and the homeless. This has all been brought up to management and they do nothing because they like the people doing it. As long as you hangout with the boss, you can do anything. It is a disgusting place to work, and as soon as I can find a replacement, I’m out.
