Does anyone else feel like things are getting a little too quiet around here?

Starting to feel like we're in a quiet period before big changes, which always include layoffs.

100% layoffs are coming, second to last week of January, a brand new strategic plan will be laid out directly after and Pearson as we all know it will cease to exist under its current model. Talks of outsourcing and restructuring have been underway.

HR have been recruiting and building up staff for the past 6 months, with some job specs referencing a 5 month project ending June 2026. Major Restructuing planned as part of career architecture/change of job titles...
