@2wa I Agree, but it’s TM that thinks other carriers are going to sign on to be on H100 and that networks, providers, and other entities will sign on to consume the data and analytics as well.
I’m simply extrapolating where things go IF what TM says will happen actually occurs. You are correct that H100 isn’t unique, but TM and crew seem to think that there is a market disrupter designed into H100. But given the trajectory of internal transfers ownership of data and platforms to DDAT, it became clear where this was intended the moment he spoke about other carriers being on this platform.
Lmao who do you think is genuinely going to even be able to buy pcw if they wanted to sell it off. Valuation of pcw >>>>> ddat. The customer of ddats “product” are these internal businesses lol… they are a captive business… you push them out they have no reason to keep using a ddat product … there’s multiple HIEs out there all trying to do the same thing that H100 will magically think they’ll solve lol
@2w2
Aetna BoB means Medicare. That's all that's left. A good team could take it out in 6 months.
DDAT now has a product and profit centers
DDAT also has all of Aetna and Caremark’s data.
The next reorg is DDAT becomes “CVS health” and sells off PCW, Aetna (now gutted to a book of business), and Caremark (once it soon becomes a liability).
woah
Given health100 launch in June a DDAT reorg would make sense. This is a large change and how h1 and legacy CVS digital are supported probably require some reorg. For once it may actually be reorg with a good reason
