@1zt now ya seen it
@2w1 someone was warning us this was coming and you bet they were wrong.
They weren’t wrong.
@2v6 are you really gloating that you were right about layoffs? Odd take on life
Looks like it's true. Layoffs across the org today, myself included.
@268 you were saying?
Wanna bet that nothing is coming?
Best wishes to everyone for the next few weeks.
Next week, huh? And at what scale exactly? I’ll believe it when I see it
Next week.
@g4 you seem nice
I hear we have to wear aluminum foil hats three days a week in office.
Solid post right there.
Why would anyone post this? If true, there’s not enough info to be helpful. If not, you’re scaremongering for no reason. Either way, not helpful.
Pretty sure it's Project BreakWind.
It's project Windfall you knucklehead.
@OP winter is coming too. So?
@OP I’ve worked here for over a decade and there hasn’t been a year yet when we weren’t “facing headwinds”.
Part of this project windmil is that the executive team is going to donate their million dollar bonuses back to the employees who keep getting their small bonuses slashed year over year.
@g7 Just commercial, or also Medicare Advantage?
My guess is IF this is even true, Project Windmill is a play on the ‘headwinds’ the org is facing
Commercial
@g4 Across the board, and within next 2Qs.
Fear mongering. Say details or retract post
@fn When and what departments?
@ar Big RIFs
Pretty sure our president wrote an executive order to stop windmills. We are safe!
Bruh… you prolly know nothing.
“Beware the ides of March”
What is project windmill
