A leader with a supposed high-integrity image often maintains it only by removing the people who saw otherwise, notice which leader they were removed by , then look higher, you’ll see who is also in the brand games

@4ff My bet is JS.
@4cj and who might "it" actually be?
@392 One of those psychopaths is now having a tantrum because it was not handed the role of CFO and ignored for the role of CEO. Now it wants the role of Chief Operating Officer created for it as well as funded with a multimillion comp package.
@2qg Sadly, JB started the fall by moving into products Ally's cost of funds could not support let alone compete in. He then hired sycophants for everything, creating an echo chamber. Add in the influx of BOA personnel with too much power over groups not under then, and things were going to fail.
The culture at Ally has really changed, and not for the better, since the leadership change from JB to MR. Under JB, there was words backed by actions and today it's just words and more words. So many of my coworkers feel the same way. Used to be super motivated and proud and wanted all our friends to work there. Now....eyes open for other opportunities and I'm not anxiously looking to bring my friends here. Gotta wonder if the board has regrets for selecting the current leader. So sad what this place has become. So sorry for those who have been laid off and I doubt this is the end of layoffs.
