@2kt the reason the survey is positive is if you answer anything negative they just add more useless stuff for you. For example saying there is no area for growth/promotions and similar resulted in this skills stuff we are all supposed to do. And talk about growth laterally bring as important as getting a promotion.

The company lays off every Weds in the second week, every other month. Been going for 4 years. Next is March 11th, then May, then July, and so on.

I also heard it was the 11th and it's going to a rather layoff like 10%. I don't understand how everyone I talk to hates their job/State Street like really fu--ing hates it and yet the survey results are all positive. What gives?
