@2fq it’s interesting who gets swept up in titles. There were some posts on here about it previously commenting on certain type of people puffing out their chest with their titles on LinkedIn. I think it says a lot about the person when they draw so much attention to their title. I’ve even seen the god awful explanation of a title in a LinkedIn bio - super cringe!
As someone said, these are accidental leaders. In their spot only because their boss got a better job and left.
Or are external hires who got pushed out elsewhere.
Just because they have a title does not mean they’re leaders

Have you seen II Sales lately. Exec leadership full of inexperienced, unqualified “sales” leaders. Most of them have zero direct sales experience.
Are you looking for Leadership here??? Most of them are in the spot because someone resigned or retired and they happened to be nearby. Or they are imported from other shops where they failed to make the next grade.
