Yes, more layoffs are coming but not before new year... all signs point to January/February time frame. Its about time they do something about our decline! They should have leaned out a while back but didn't want to pay out people's packages so instead they tried to push people out or change people's job to create a scenario that would allow them to let people go without a cause.

Had a chat with my manager and he confirms that there are layoffs and "re-alignments" that are coming very soon. He also hinted that they watch the posts here and do not like to see their dirty laundry being discussed. I guess it makes sense if you are trying to hide the truth of dysfunctional the management is and how low the morel of the employees are. I wonder what tactics they are going to use to let go of people with cause so they don't have to pay a package to them... change job descriptions, use fear tactics, etc...
The ELT will draw this out just like every other round of layoffs.
Layoffs are used as tool for the ELT to feel self important and for the people inside the "clique" to be entertained because they feel protected.
They know the revenue isn't coming in, the coming layoffs are a stalling tactic until the doors close.

They'll put more people on unrealistic performance plans in 2026, so they can fire us for cause and avoid paying severance packages in the event of layoffs. Why? KKR prefers it.

If people have not taken the hint to leave by now, you have no one to blame but yourselves. I and others have given enough warnings and if you stayed thinking you would get a big payout, you won't because you are not in the clique.
