@26e Read what I said again. Back in November, Jen head of HR told is March, but in the recent year end presentations and available for all to see on website it is clear that if there are any raises they won't happen till May-June.

No need to speculate HR minions have create slides showing how leadership can't be trusted

None of you must have direct reports. At least in CES in UK HR lady has told us no pay raises only very specific circumstances but we are not allowed to actually say that. She made it very clear and was proud of how smart she was for coming up with the "excuses"

@25j HR explained the delay on the year end call and your managers should have repeated the message. Merit increases will be based on the rating from up coming review, decision process starts in march, finalised by mid April, rating shared with staff April to May. That's all official straight from HR slides. Which means you won't see any pay raises till May or June, so not March as per Jen's last email on the topic.

It's all one big con, to keep you on the hook for as long as possible

Plz be patient. Your pay rise / compensation plan are being presented in Davos, Switzerland for approval and signoff. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

@cm your a DXC manager. A DXC employee is summed up below treated as a pauper by the Execs when asking for a pay rise.

Charles Di-kens' Oliver Twist: "Please, sir, I want some more," spoken by Oliver in the workhouse when asking for a second helping of gruel, highlighting the extreme poverty and harsh conditions faced by the poor, with other quotes showing the system's cruelty and the grim realities of workhouse life, like the principle of giving paupers what they don't want.

@bf you must be new here, DXC has a long and proud tradition of not giving payrises.

How ducking stupid are you anyway, If you don't like your employer than find a new one!

Instead of asking here every month, ask your manager, ask your leaders. You'll get the same answer "coming soon" but the more people who ask the questions they'd prefer not to answer the better, the less they can pretend the cheerleading minority are a majority

Wait for Q3 results, or not. They will cook up a gaslighting story of why DXC didn't get the results it wanted and therefore no merit increases. Repeat perpetually.

Don’t eXpect Compensation! We don’t offer raises — we offer narratives, we deliver world‑class explanations for why your compensation remains a historical artifact and we believe in transparency. You’ll clearly see that nothing is happening. Hang in there.

@OP " Its an urgent issue now."

If you're looking for this company to do anything about your cost of living crisis then you're working in the wrong place. That or you're delusional.

What do you mean no blanket pay rises.

Does that mean DXC will never ever give you a pay rise, .... ever?

Your on one fixed pay all your time in DXC, doesn't matter whoever much inflation is every year.

Its total b4ll sh-t, cant continue this way.
