Since 2020, as a full time PSG22, I work… like actually work… less than 18 hours a week.i have no day to day supervisor. I have no direct reports. I’m taking every dime I can before being quitting the day before I’m slated to move to Houston.

I accomplish a lot of work but I notice my manager counts small units of work as valuable but does not evaluate the actual value of work, he just counts units of work whether it’s bringing value or not.
