@24q they tried to get me to do that to someone on my team. I refused, they said they were going to force me. I still refused and got put on a PIP. From exceptional rating to a PIP since I refused.
Let. Best thing I did. Those people are toxic.

Have my review coming up, former Discover moved to C1. Was forced to give someone on my team an inconsistent, and they’re all exceptional performers. I don’t trust this company. anyone else experience the same issues?

The mass fake PIPs to fire employees with little to no severance is in full swing. The onboarding of Discover Financial employees onto Capone's Workday instance, along of indoctrination of Discover management of Capone's stack rankings protocol is in full swing. For end of year 2025 it's likely the stack ranking percentage of employees to be fired on a fake PIP will be 20% to 25% across all divisions, up from the usual 15%.
