There have been cuts in ANI this week.
This company is already a total catastrophe.
@my If staff are terrorised into compliance, the result will be similar to "malicious compliance" where people do precisely what they are told, even if it is wrong. It's only a matter of time before it results in some sort of catastrophe.
@qs Yeah I know a few long term ANI guys we work with who were cut about 3 weeks ago. I dunno how many in total were let go over there.
Rumours are across the pond there were cuts in ANI. Any truth in that?
Too many agencies live in denial. They are going to be terminated. So the question becomes, what are you doing about it? Get out. Find another career path. Don’t let the iceberg that you are on the cusp of hitting sabotage your marriage, health, financial security. Time for many agencies to stop living in denial. You aren’t staving off the executioner approaching your doorstep.
I’m ANI and I hope I’m included in these cuts before I hand in my notice. A March pay day would be a great send off. Absolutely horrible company these days. Some great people but also some terrible senior managers who cannot for the life of themselves see that they and everyone around them is on a ticking clock until ANI is properly wound down as quality simply doesn’t matter to Allstate anymore, not under Z & K’s watch anyway. They’d rather continue building out the Indian sweatshop where no one dares to disagree, even when that is exactly what is needed.

Probably end of March.
March-April timeframe and mostly off shore (India and NI) with few onshore impacts expected.
