Expect to see 1 store manager to 3 stores and a massive reduction in headcount for frontline leadership & also optimization taking place with SMRA/Top 100 come Feb.
This also aligns with the PTO reduction so they don't have to carry on the books and pay out massive PTO payouts for tenured people.
Expect also to see optimization in operations & backend support as more processes become automated through RPA & ML & AI.
Expect to see cuts being made to T-Mobile Business Front Line as they aren't hitting their targets and you'll start seeing massive layoffs.
Expect to see Sr. Managers/Managers in all TFB being evaluated based on their teams targets. If only a one person is hitting on a team or half the team has hit consistently - then expect to see those leaders being merged into others.
Expect to see those with consolidated business decks across territories being let go and then those accounts being spread across lower paid people. If you're the highest paid - you have a target on your back.
Expect to see VPs and Directors also being realigned/RIF next year for "Business Needs".
