Anyone want to guess?

@22m does anyone know where the outflows came from?
In the Paramount - WB merger, David Zaslov is getting a gigantic golden parachute. Prior to the sale/merger, he cut jobs and shelved many completed projects and took the tax write off on them. While he was sc--wing workers and creators with cuts, he engineered the sale deal so that his own equity was valued at $790M. Reading about that reminded me of what is happening here. Rob will do just fine. Us? Not so much.
@2c8 It’s going to be huge and beautiful. Keep the outflows coming Rob.
@2ka value trap?
@2je At a near 6% yield, ain't it a value stock already? Or perhaps more an EM bond - nice yield, but plenty of credit risk to drive the price up or down, but mostly down.
@1k2 a 9 handle on the PE can slip to an 8 if things in Iran get crazy. Value stock territory coming up?
@1k2 some less than stellar shops out there still
@21k wait till March’s numbers come out. With what’s happening in the Middle East, I don’t think it’s going to be pretty
@27a nice try, remember talking earlier about your amazing job that you definitely still have? No one who leaves is this engaged in a prior company. And your story isn’t holding up. You’ve got to do better.
@26c Yup bold enough to get the heck out of there! I left a year ago to work for a respectable (and non-woke) company that hires based on your credentials and ability instead of just basing it on the color of your skin, gender and s-xual orientation. Couldn’t be happier. Enjoy the TRP dumpster fire buddy!
@1wk I love how you’re so bold and anonymous here, knowing everything you say would get you fired in a heartbeat
@21k where’d you get the 11b from?
5.3B outflow. Of which equity was 11B.
So multi asset and fixed inc are turning around?
@1xr does the sun rise in the morning
@1vq ha! Ah Oz, does management still have a penchant for blondes?
@1tx yup white males are the minority. Gotta make sure you check off those boxes and hire women and darker complexions.
@1tx are you talking about Australia? I think all hires in the RM/client/sales teams in the past 4-5 years have been female. Several roles and not one male hired in that time.
@1rv they should put in DE&I objectives to prevent males being discriminated against! Mostly all the cake gigs in Distribution in my local office over the past few years have gone to women. It’s like they don’t even want to hire men. Discrimination if you ask me.
@1r6 I know you’re making a joke but you do realize they scrapped all the DEI objectives this year, right?
Who cares about flows just keep doing your DEI objectives and everything will be fine. Lol.
@OP guess more than 5b but less than 10b outflows
@1jm Agree with that. Though at a PE under 10, I'd be surprised if the tires aren't already being kicked. Are there any other significant players under 14 or 15?
@1gj cheaper to buy. Scrap for parts
This war in Iran is expected to speed up the outflow of capital. The market volatility is so extreme that if this continues, even Goldman Sachs will lose the capacity for further acquisitions
@16z Not a chance. BR is in private credit and most of TRP is public markets, with only OHA in privates.
@188 is anyone hearing any changes to LTI? Being paid in a loser stock hurts.
@171 lol deep value stock aspirations
@x1 Languished for a year in the 100s, then the 90s, 80s here we come.
Anyone think that T Rowe will start capping fund withdrawals like Blackrock is currently doing? https://moneycheck.com/blackrock-blk-stock-plunges-5-as-26b-fund-restricts-investor-withdrawals/ It seems like something they would do so they could claim flows declined.
Calling it now - T Rowe stock will never rise about $110 again. Wish I was wrong.
@aj (insert Trump voice) it’s going to be huge. Unbelievably huge. The biggest outflows ever.
@OP still in outflow mode
February might be okay, but it feels like a massive market crash is looming, and we’re going to see some unbelievable outflows in March and April.
