I heard that you will need to answer why you missed rto to your manager and then you get a final notice and then u get canned…
EMG have access to dashboard. Usually shared with directors. They look for trends with their direct reports. If there is a common trend with an employee its starts as a verbal, written, then final notice.
this is not correct. Directors don't have access unless it is shared with them by EMG (ED and above).
Badge swipes are fine, i mean, if you dont log in, then im sure your manager will be skeptical of why you are not working…
@hrk+1sTOr4dn, found the file. Had a hard time reading it - are the hours looked at in depth? And what happens if there’s a badge swipe but no logging in? Or if someone isn’t there for the full day?
@1wdc+1sTOr4dn - they gave you the directory path...if you can't find it from that I'm not sure what else we can do to help...
@h+1sTOr4dn, where do you see the logs? Tried to look it up, couldn’t find it
Only EMG can access the real report. It's up to the EMG in your area how/when/if they share that data with managers and directors.
Maybe someone here is brave enough to post about the RTO logs in #your-voice mentioned in this thread...I would love to see the fireworks but know I'd get fired if I posted about it.
This level of micromanagement is what causes unions.
There's a file on your computer that keeps track of your logins and badge swipes. Look under C:/log/scripts/RTO on Windows, there's more under the /Aternity/RTO directory there as well.
Word on the street is that things are about to get worse for those of us in the office. Mr. PCuck is not very happy that only 40% of folks are making 4-day quota, and execs in my area are already talking about RTO numbers being a performance/bonus factor this year or next.
Remember, to everyone reading this: We hold all the power, not him. Don't ever forget what they took from you, and vote with your feet as soon as you are able.
Your director gets the report
