They will continue to do rolling layoffs in cat finance through 2027. This is currently not AI layoffs but jobs to overseas. Personally witness interviews for people in india on jobs that's traditionally did not exist in that region

@1vn Simple, the Cat Financial mandatory all employee meeting in February 2026 they mentioned they will be seeking global talent. Believe the words used were "we would be foolish not to leverage the global talent pool".
What's your source? The layoffs I've seen on the ground in Nashville are not being replaced, especially in the PMO area.
