HR employees, what are your thoughts around our most recent townhall??
Mine: could've been an email and Bye Anne!

@1tr If you’re talking about who I think you’re talking about, not cool. He’s a little eccentric but one of the better leaders in the department and people seem to love working for him.
I agree, he’d be a good pick, but so long as there are ambitious narcissists available they’re going to continue getting hired for jobs like this over nice guys. I hope I’m wrong.
@pn they are all the bad! One is OLD one STINKS and the other looks like he abuses animals!
@vn you know exactly how they will refill them.
@OP How they fill Anne and Kelly’s roles when they retire is going to reveal a lot.
@ke he sure seems to fit with the Tenet vibe of being all about the $$$ and never about the people.
Used car salesman vibe.
@pn they are all bad. Either incompetence, arrogance or just plain evil. Pick your Devil! Look outside the organization.
I feel STUCK in TA. I want to move to a different org in HR but I'm not sure if it's better, everyone seems to be miserable regardless of which VP you report to. Who is the worst? Who should we avoid? Does is get worse than what I have now?
@hx this is so true!
@hw he was at Tenet Health for a very long time. Tenet has a bad rep so there is that
@hw he’s worked all over- for some of our clients as well. His only goal is to squeeze employees out of money and benefits and crank out dollars to leadership. A first class sl--e ball
@a8 are you implying a big RIF is coming?
@dp um- Manika and Paul bow tie are the reason there is no morale.
@dp she knows and she sees it all. She’s not an id--t. She’s playing the game for self preservation. And at the end of the day that’s what this is all about. Once you become a VP or higher you gulp the kool aid and become a sell out.
Honestly, it’s getting exhausting. These townhalls are a complete joke—just another hour of corporate buzzwords and "vision casting" that has absolutely zero connection to what the everyday employee actually deals with.
They don’t even have the decency to acknowledge our presence or the reality of our day-to-day. MOST of HR leadership are power-hungry id--ts who are more obsessed with their titles than the people they’re supposed to be leading. They are completely tone-deaf, and it’s insulting at this point. I really wish Manika could see the truth of what’s happening behind the polished slides and fake smiles.
What was the meeting about?
@a8 just send them a compassionate email and say sayonara.
@af is Prince coming back?
What is project purple rain and should we be scared?
Am I the only one who can’t keep up with my case load already?
It’s a lot of calls to layoff that many people in that short of a timeline.
How do they expect us to do that?
