Heard several people discussing another re-org in CC, they can't seem to get this dept right. Supposedly they are not happy with current management/ staffing level.

There have been 2 reorgs in CES so far this year. One just happened yesterday!
@1wq They've shut down stores for trying it, it would be nice to see one of the thousands of stores in the country pull it off, just one and it's dominos after that, the house of cards falls.
@1st Known fact Wal Mart rehires the same people the fire or lay off which is also why they aren't Union, know for a fact they've hired people they've caught stealing and put them HR and hired the for the 6th time. It's ridiculous how much fraud and just outright BS that goes on there, and the reason they get away with it is because they won't unionize, when everyone in America has worked for you at least one point in their life and your company is a revolving door of people that either do work for you or have and shop there, you don't want them to unionize and take that power away. Being union means this all stops "To unionize, a minimum of 30% of employees at a specific Walmart location must sign authorization cards to trigger a National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) election. If over 50% sign, they can ask for voluntary recognition. Despite decades of effort, no U.S. Walmart store has maintained a lasting, independent union. "
@p0 Makes one wonder doesn't it, only bigger employer is the Department of Defense, and guess what, Union.
Nobody goes to work for Wal-Mart for job security. When you are hired and it says in the paperwork or online that you can be terminated at will, without reason and you can also leave without reason at anytime. Believe it. Wal-Mart reason number 1 for not being union.
Is Customer Care same as CES now?
poorly run for several years now, not surprising.
