Does anyone know when these cowards are going to get around to telling the folks in Pennington that the building is closing and that they will need to report to a different location if they want to keep their job?

CBRE is milking the bank they just hire people with no facilities experience just to inflate numbers so bank has to pay them they are never on site nor do they fix anything why do we need them

@1sa Anything is possible at BNY however, the lease opt out notification is due to the landlord now. Expect an announcement this week with very little info except that the site will be closing. This will cause tremendous anxiety and cause some people to leave.
What are the chances they don’t actually send out anything this week like they are rumored to and this is all just hearsay to stir the pot and cause people to quit?
BNY is toxic. They will for sure be looking to sc--w folks that are not a commutable distance to JC or NYC. Save the severance, the bonus and 401k match. What a horrible organization!
I was told they need to close all three locations to finance renovations at 240G. Pennington is going to NY.
The silence is deafening. Get ready for the big announcement next week. It would be great if folks were told the date that they need to be out of Pennington and the location they need to report to in the future. Any chance of transparency on this?

All I’ve heard is that Pennington isn’t closing (yet). They can’t close Wilmington, Pennington, and Philly at the same time. That being said there will be a transition period where people are phased out of all of the NJ offices and sent to either Florida or Pittsburgh. Possibly to NYC if there’s space.
Those who are staying back will most likely head to 240G..

When I posted way back, I was ridiculed and folks even said they are renting space in the floor down (one even said that firm is folding) or some other building in the same campus ..
I wonder where they will hide now
Anyway, let's wait for the announcement in 2 weeks' time and RV can get lots of voluntary leaves and save the severance

This site closure is one of the worst kept secrets at this company. Many have know about this for months despite the denial of some in leadership roles happy to promote the disinformation that the footprint in Pennington was expanding. What a joke!
And we had all these people on here over the months saying this would never happen at Pennington….
Same people who declared Woodland park a safe zone even as it was being carted away as garbage.
Nothing is safe with Robin. All he does is destroy and tear down.
I heard that there will be an official announcement of some sort before the end of October.
