Might be the d-mbest realignment this company has ever done. What a colossal f—k up

@39q what do you mean? How could making an arbitrary segment for “SMB” with insane quotas, no support, and even less future insight of the department be a disaster?? /s
Utterly insane.
This channel is a disaster. Just end it already
@2qh yes I know multiple Account Executives that have already resigned, and I most likely will be doing it in the next couple weeks as well.
@2jk Are people resigning? That’s the name of this game.
@1r4
They lowered to 60. How much longer until they realize that this will not work?
Anyone hearing they are going to lower goals? They need to make this right!!!
@19g It’s an absolute clown show! Might as well get the 15 minute meetings scheduled.
Our team has 24 acts for the month. What a waste
They are just going to hold you accountable and then pip you out. That’s the way to avoid severances before layoffs. You are talking 6 months minimum before layoffs in micro
Has anyone else heard rumblings of layoffs coming to Micro? At this point, just rip the bandaid off this disaster.
I think they put the people they don’t like in Micro regardless of performance. They figure 10-25% will quit within the first year.
Agreed. There has to be a wheel of fate at headquarters. Or someone played mad libs with the strategy guide.
This was a way to create attrition without having to pay severance. There is no way to achieve the goals set and they knew this when setting them. Why even try to put forth the effort when it’s a no win scenario. Many good workers got the shaft with this move.
All this company knows how to do is reorg, and they don’t even know how to do that.
Yep, plenty of high performers were put on the micro team. Many of us already resigned.
It’s was either an absolute id--tic idea or a strategic way to a get rid of a lot of people via poor performance. Good luck hitting a quota that high selling to mom and pop shops.
@OP. Totally agree with you. My new manager lives in different state and manages tech in 2 different states than he lives in
