@1pj No, you are confused. AIP payout is on 3/6. This date is clearly posted on the intranet.

@1pj your information is wrong I suggest you look at the USB home page. Bounses will be off cycle on 3/6.

This post is not accurate:

The bonus will be on the regular paycheck as usual.

The LTI will happen in March, as usual.

Nothing has changed, the OP is confused.

@bb doesn’t matter that it’s in line with what we’ve usually done, it’s much later than market, which puts us at a disadvantage if we’re looking elsewhere

@pz you mean withholdings? There is no difference in taxes between bonus and any other w2 income.

This year bonus is being taxed at bonus rates 22% instead of regular income rates which is why it’s off cycle check on Mar 6th. The timing is nothing new.

A lot of people were expecting their bonus on the 27th. People here trying to downplay it must be damage-control plugs.

It's one week later than normal. Not even a full week. Like 5 days.

It's always been that time of year. Judging by the IQ here, it wasn't DEI that caused you all to get picked over.

Some people look hard for stuff to complain about. You should appreciate any extra comp you get. Bunch a darn whiners on this site.

In 2025 AIP was part of the regular paycheck on 2/28/25. This year it's 3/6/26 (not "the middle of March). For some reason it's an off-cycle paycheck this year about a week later. LTI was 3/14/25 and this year it's 3/13/26. Not sure what all the drama is about.

MyHr -> 2025-2026 Compensation Review Resource Hub -> Compensation Review Key Dates: March 6=cash bonus payment date for US and Canada. March 13=merit increases reflected in paycheck and vested long-term cash payments

They gonna be waiting until the middle of march for me to do any actual work then. If you gonna act it's an annoyance to pay me I'm going to act like it's an annoyance to work.
