I know some of you know when the next rounds are hitting. When will they be? We all know there has and continues to be working sessions on identifying who to let go.

Interesting. My ED is coming to our RO next week.
Next week, I hear.
Confused by the last few posts. How is this relevant to layoffs?
As far as the original post is concerned, I am seeing everything from June, July, Aug and now Oct. Does anyone have inside info as to which is accurate and which areas?
Bak here. No saying things won’t happen, but there is no word on this at all.
@1jix+1n5OeA7p Bad troll but I think this is worth saying.
Pretty much no one is against DEI as an idea/principle. It's DEI people that are absolutely insufferable and make people want to have nothing to do with the movement.
Like that chick who is constantly posting in #waynes-world about controversial trans issues - it's awkward, uncomfortable, and just generally inappropriate for work. Even if you agree with the underlying message, the in-your-face nature of it is off-putting. That would be true of any divisive topic: religious views, what such-and-such politician said/did that day, you name it.
But people like that lack self awareness. They'll read something like this and feel the need to double down because their savior complex won't allow them to introspect.
A few years ago I would have been all-in on DEI because it was actually about making people feel included, welcomed, and encouraging diverse perspectives. Now, everything is about surface-level characteristics like race, s-xuality, and gender. It's diversity of appearances, not diversity of culture, experiences, education, and opinions.
Everyone is looking for their next reason to be offended or opportunity to cry oppression because oppression = social importance and validation.
There can't be diversity of thought, because anyone who deviates from or questions the approved way of thinking is a -phobe or -ist. Those phrases have completely lost their meaning.
Case in point: The statement "Parents should have the ability to decide what their children are taught about certain topics" is now a controversial take.
Fu-k that. DEI as a principle is great. DEI people and those whose entire identity is tied to looking for ways to be offended can fu-k all the way off. You're doing more harm than good and pushing people away from your cause rather than towards it.
I’m not sharing sh-t anymore. When people agree to stop with the anti-DEI & discriminatory comments I’ll start sharing again.
I hear 300 - 500 in July and 300 more in October. Across all CoSa's but mostly P&C and Bank.
There coming for AML
I heard 400-500 in early August. Only a few here and there between now and then.
June had been mentioned many time previously. I would not be surprised if something happened in these next 3 weeks.
I’ve heard the next big one is scheduled for mid July, which would impact between 400-500 employees. My guess, a good amount of those will be in the bank.
