I'm hoping somebody knows more about it. Hopefully, it's not true, but I've herd it from several different sources and some are not the usual gossips, so I'm starting to worry.

@1ft that should be illegal. Using AI to make people think they are talking to someone in the US when they aren't is unethical and should be illegal. If they allow this to happen then whose to stop a scammer from faking a family members voice? This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Who are they going to layoff? There isn’t much left to “Aetna”.
They already moved service ops in with people calling in to complain about front store, and all those people are now in the phillipeans or Bangladesh talking through an AI tool that erases their accent in real-time.
