I guess it's the time where we are going to be bombarded about the survey for the MSU meeting we all had... Love how they tell you that you have until 1/30...Says they won't collect your details like name and email but we know that's not true..

@1eb some people got them. Myself included. They were pretty bad and showed about 44% engaged 21 almost engaged and then non engaged categories making up the rest.
Because Management doesn’t really understand anything if it’s not said to them via power point or know how to manage humans when they see lack of engagement that turned to: let’s get everybody on camera, so they feel more engaged, not realizing that it’ll make everybody more spiteful and actually demoralize the employees further.
We’re working for mo--ns and that’s also reflected in the report as most people enjoy the work with their coworkers and managers. Any questions regarding senior management are about 20% lower in satisfaction.
And this is if people answered honestly, which I’m assuming most didn’t because they were worried about their jobs so we could probably take another 10%
This also may vary by my workgroup so who knows
Where are the results from the original survey?
Waste of time to reply, They still have not released the unedited survey results from the fall because the results were so epically bad that they can’t get their consultant firm to come up with some gaslighted positive spin.
