@1bv Your leader should have been informed of the decision as of 8/28 through an email. Did you fill out the survey form? You need to complete that. I'm also leaving 9/26.

Has anyone received notice that their requested term date was honored yet? I requested sept 26th and not heard anything. Doesn’t seem to mesh with what is posted on go/erp

@ae I completely agree. I am burnt out, exhausted from the constant changes, the micromanagement, benefits reductions for us as well as members, and the toxic environment overall. The managers all have the list as of 8/28/25 of who is leaving and when, they are just torturing us by withholding that information.

if too many elect ERP on the same team, the managers can and will request to delay your exit date.

They have revamped the go/erp site. If your name isn't on this list, you are stuck until the next list in late October.

@d4 Ironic that the engagement survey was finalized and scored BEFORE they mentioned the RIFs and ERPs. They manipulate everything to appear all shiny and good.

I elected ERP. Looking for my out date as well. I am mentally and physically exhausted. I talk to members all day long and try to cope with all the changes in processes, policies, procedures (any other P’s? lol). I am burnt out from the micromanagement and being told that I work in a call center when I have a PhD. I am stunned by the engagement surveys results. Sadly, I don’t enjoy my work anymore. I used to love it. I still care for our members, but it’s hard to help them when benefits are stripped away. I hope that everyone who wants to stay is able to and those who are ready to move on are able to do so. ❤️❤️❤️ I just want an exit date to look forward to.

@OP and what do you think about that ridiculous survey we had to fill out? Shouldn't they know what we do? Send an email saying we HAVE TO respond in order to get the package, and they make it sound like that wes the plan. I feel like they are delaying the thing on purpose. So annoying... LET ME GO!!
