A team I work with is currently all being taken into one on one meetings with an outsider from Cognizant where they're having to discuss the value they bring to the business.
Glad it isn't me but, wow some of them are nervous that this is them having to save themselves from being laid off
OA lives in his own bubble of self entitlement. His strategy hasn’t achieved anything yet and he has somehow got the board to agree to a multi million dollar pay package increase to align him with other ‘tech leaders’.
Already impacted in January. I have nothing but malice against the current utterly useless spend thrift management that disrupted my life for nothing. I curse them with the worst disease everyday.
