Can anyone tell why belk copies all of Macys failing business strategies and is currently being run into the ground by Macys rejects, most who were fired from Macys?
The most recent strategy is support staff (some hired from Macys) (truck, H.R., merchandising) and the intentional cushy scheduling they get. Why do all support functions in stores STOP at 3pm when ALL support staff goes home ? Support staff for the most part work 7-3 and floor sales associates work a much more demanding schedule of closing and opening shifts sometimes back to back, however the are doing the support teams job as well as selling tasks.
Does anyone think support staff should be working a mix of hours, not just day shifts and most don’t work weekends.Support tasks needs to be completed in the evenings too.
