You can expect this paranoid culture and layoffs to persist from now on-at least unless there is a leadership change at some point, 3 or four years. Companies with such mass demoralization and so fiscally crippled simply don’t ever recover.
looks like there are reorganization announced. I think it will surely lead to mass layoff a couple of month later.

Yes it’s coming. That’s already been communicated. Another riff and then I’m sure massive reorg will happen… buckle up
EMEA is currently in the process of lays off planned for end of April. Work councils have been consulted and the process is on its way.
