OSM/ITOM losing one of its biggest customer to ServiceNow

Word on the street is, OSM/ITOM is losing one of its biggest customer SocGen aka Société Générale, to ServiceNow?

I have been told they make up, upto 30% of the revenue.

Major blow! Transition will take approx 3 years.

@1aa Well yes but at least help them before they can 💀

They likely dont want to do a full list of core vs non-core to not scare people. Because if we got a full confirmed list those teams would be leaving before they could get sold. If you're tied to sales, support, or customers directly in time you can see what people buy. If not some of these may be out of the blue.

New employee. I don't understand our product families, core/non core, core as in cloud etc. Very confusing and hard to navigate.

What is even OSM/ITOM? We have so many solutions I don’t even think I know all of them or heard of them
