I am getting ready to give my notice because of the new WPE changes. But now I’m hearing they are not going to happen. Does anyone have reliable information?

Employee Engagement Survey window ends in mid June.
You can expect that the new rules will be in place by July 1.
@180 "...Employees are requested to report Coffee badging teammates..." This is what the Na-i Party did...
Our B3 announced that they are on hold forever. Employees are requested to report Coffee badging teammates. Stay atleast for 4 hours in office to be safe. All my 100+ teammates work from office for 4-5 hours.
The changes already have begun in GCB back in March. I hate this place.
It’s crazy how rumors fly and people come to their own conclusions. It has nothing to do with the survey or trying to figure out the policy. It’s simply because they realized it would be bad timing to implement this policy, (which really only affects leaders with an office) at a time where gas prices are climbing.
Good to be prepared, but don't pull the trigger too soon for something that has yet to be defined. I expect they cannot realistically execute one unified policy across the entire company. Too many fiefdoms and favorites will muck it up.
Better to wait and see as this rumor has gone on for nearly 3 years now with no resolution.
Christ - we'll all be dead and buried before these dopes figure it out.
Someone said delayed until after the survey so you should have at least until mid June. In this economy i would use that time to find something else if you need a job.
The changes are not that significant unless you have an office
@a5 Yes this place not like the good old days and never will be.But first get an offer before you jump ship. Like the other comment said take the banks money in the meantime.
Yes, there are changes coming but why would you give notice and quit (which is what they want) before any change actually happens? Continue to take the bank's money in the meanwhile.
