I just got my Monday morning 'business update' meeting invite. Should I be worried....yikes. I'm a remote employee too.

Place is toxic. Nepotism everywhere, leaders have no clue of the types of accounts you manage, high backlog that carriers over quarter over quarter and being set up for failure, no one cares, period!!
There are only two scenarios with a "buisness update" invite..
A) Your manager is promoting you and needs to talk to you about how to go about it
OR
B) You are about to be read a script that tells you that you are no longer welcome as an employee of Dell
You basically got your last meeting invite at Dell. That is the last time you will ever have to join a TEAMS meeting at Dell.

Actually you are lucky. While some of the HR tools were being moved over to ODW last month to ready for the May 1st launch there was a data issue that affected some bonus calculations. Those who have meetings scheduled for the 20th will go over the additional bonus pay-out. Congrats are in order!
