@15q Now ..They are planning to hire more Managers in F5 Digital !!! There are some d**b managers and directors out there who have no clue about Technology.
@15q jira is so convoluted that it requires a full time person for just a few engineers.
@14b Same in other departments. The "Jira operator"/engineer ratio is 1/3. Bonkers!
@zr We have 2 managers, 2 senior managers, 2 directors for every 20 folks at F5 Digital. Su-ks!!!

- by your manager, who only knows to Fuchs
- by your leads as you are from different part of the geo location
- by senior management run by few goons
- low salary
- no promotion, if you don’t say YES to their decision
