RF/RNEO - What’s next?

What’s next for us? Already down to two huge regions. Will it trickle down to ICs?

We keep mentioning horrible leaders. Are there any good ones out there?

Lori is working with Saleem and the McKinsey consultants to combine the orgs in some capacity. She's a horrible, clueless, leader that needs 3rd party consultants to make the decisions for her.

@239 Sprint just brought over more clueless management to add to the decline and here we are

@22p FSC was clueless for years and was all theory without application. The regions built this company especially the northeast. National team eventually just took over and removed strong leadership within the company.

@22j Unlike what legacy Sprint did, TMUS HQ engineers actually worked with the vendors to design/direct features. HQ then created the installation MOPS and once accepted by Markets/Regions were the responsibility of the National/Regional OPS teams.

Will Regional/HQ engineers be assigned to markets or will they be let go?

What will happen to the Regional teams?

I was talking about consolidating to the 16 areas mentioned for the new two regions.
In your case, STX and NTX could be combined and thus resulting in RIF.

@h6 Texas already did...3 mkts to 2,STX and NTX....done in like 3mo ago....no RIF so far...but now with the new SVP we dont really know the plan...I assume will be defined with Region consolidation in Jan...

Will market teams be consolidated? This will sure result in RIF. Many markets lost their Managers and Directors; who will decide the people to be cut? Past two rounds were somewhat performance-related.

Most of the analytics done on site can now be one remotely. Only time you need a tech at a site is a physical hardware replacement. This is the result of AI.

I Think in the Markets/Areas we will have adjustments but Region for sure will be more impacted.....around 140 Eng in one box now.....

Everyone is being very tight lipped about what cuts are happening in Q1. Senior leadership had to sign Non Disclosure Agreements, so the company is afraid of their plans getting out. From what I can piece together there will be further cuts to markets but the regions with consolidation seem the most nervous about it.
