why is this question being asked over and over. Of cousre there will be non-stop downsizing. It is the business model for all telco. merge or aquire a business then downsize. As telco has no future. only thing keeping the companies in existance is the stock. If the stock is stable the company will exist

@OP There were more layoffs yesterday. And there were people given the "choice" to relocate to Overland Park from Bellevue or lose their jobs. This place has become really toxic.

Hearing Layoffs coming soon for T-Mobile as they will restructure to Omni format. Meaning all formats roll up to one. Sr Manager, RMM impacts coming. Sirini is ready to optimize T-Mobile these won’t be the only impacts. Metro could also see some as well.

@w0 They should start and end at the executive leadership level.

Why would they want to hire stale sloppy seconds from Verizon when they could hire from a number of tech firms doing layoffs right now. T-mobile wants to be a tech company, after all.

@kf Heard it from human resources--- We want to know what Verizon people know, how they operate, what skills they bring. We don't get anything new from former Magenta crew. Verizon invested a lot into their employee education and upskilling so that is a bonus for us. Get all the inside knowledge, fresh perspectives, and top level skills.

@k2 How about hiring back several of their own employees already laid off in the numerous other layoffs as a priority? I still believe reductions will continue as they have.

@k2 No, they're going after the Verizon folks to replace worthless Magenta and Yellow folks still employed.

Nothing I've heard and we've been told to go after hiring Verizon employees that were just laid off so they must expect growth, not cuts.

One can only hope we have layoffs coming up. I hear the job market is really good and T-Mobile on the resume is very attractive

Always rumors of layoffs this time of year. I'd be shocked if L07 in retail wasn't consolidated. Lots of overlapping Sr.Manager/RMM.
