The reward letters are finally available
What is your bonus ipf, raise percentage and / or RSU worth?
Also mention grade, and location and mention both grades if you got a promotion.

"As a manager, one year I worked out the amount the bonus budget was over funded. There is enough budget to give everyone about a 1.2 or 1.25 IPF. If you get less than 1.2, you are definitely not getting your full share of the bonus."
This ! I figured that long time ago. I was always told by managers that normal range is 0.8 - 1.2, where 1.0 is normal, expected performance. One year, when I worked my ... off, the manager praised me and gave me 1.2 + some small amount of RSU. The rest of my years, it was mostly 1.0. But here's the thing: bad managers have their favorites; those people not only get their rewards, but they are also given tasks and projects that lead to promotions and rewards.
RTP, G12, CX, 1.3 IPF, 4.5% raise, 40k RSU.
0 raise, 0 RSU
@134, promo happened midyear? i assume you're one of the lucky folks in CX who all got blanket promos dropped in their laps?
i have a manager that is a mental mid-et as well as a physical mid-et and quite possibly a re--rd. Cisco is great
East Coast G12, IPF 1.25, $40K US RSU
Promo happened midyear
G10, 5% raise, promotion, no RSUs
I used to work for Cisco. As a grade 11, my last raise was 4 years after the one before. They definitely can be a large gap between raises that will not cover inflation. I did do much better on RSUs.

An IPF of 1.35 is considered great. One year, you lost elgibility for the early retirement if your IPF was this high.
Actually, I was quite surprised with mine. No increase (as normal) but 1.25 and large chunk of RSU.
@ad Jeez. That's one heck of an RSU.
Raise that maybe met inflation.
No RSU this round, but last-year's starts in Nov, so I was expecting that.
A decent IPF.
Unfortunately numbers, location, and org would probably be enough to ID me.
After the way they discussed bonuses on the fiscal I think I did better than expected.
HQ , G11 , No raise, ipf 1.3 , rsu 35k
No raise, no RSU, no promotion, small bonus
I got free tickets to a Doobie Brothers cover band show in Reno. Seriously, that is all Cisco offered.
wow - you work at a site that Cisco is actively reducing investment. Be glad you got anything. It won't be long before you're rewarded with an exit package.
Grade 11 Sales 35K RSU - better than a poke in they eye w/ a sharp stick
G12, San Jose, 1.38 ipf, $95k RSU, 3% raise!
Not very happy 🥲
Haven’t heard anything yet
No raise, no promo, no RSUs, small end year bonus.
Did OK for a CAD employee. $85k USD RSUs with a 3 year vest, and about $12k CAD raise. Virtually no bonus for our whole department though.
Just got off the phone with my mgr, 2 years now with no fking raise, RSU or promotion. I'm done with this company
