Who else is irritated that subsurface is taking their sweet time with this reorg? All the other upstream groups seem to be done and yet we have to wait until the end of the week because AF wants it.
The structure was bad before but it doesn’t seem like it’s getting any better.

How would someone know subsurface is moving slow unless they were in subsurface? Use a couple brain cells buddy.
Some GoA subsurface teams are way bloated by a factor of 3…time to be competitive or use efficiency tools.
Whats wrong with taking time, the most important business in BP needs the time. Rememeber without them, your drinking coffee ops woukdn't have a leg to stand on. Stop whining and being pathetic, just remember you will always be pathetic compared to subsurface.
@e4 Nope, there is no work in north sea, and they have pretty much put as much uk expats as they can in azerbijian. This is british petroleum, they gotta find jobs for lame uk employees. Hopefully tsi folks will get most of their jobs in the end. Their own british leaders sold their fellow employees jobs to india, hahaha
@e4 UK jobs are moving to India.
There is no headcount reduction. They are just refocusing to UK teams to manage the Brazil work (as the US can’t be trusted with it).
But it is headcount reduction, lots of folks being let go in central teams.
P&o reorg seems to be going at lightning lace compared to what technology endured.
