@wh those roles have been outsourced to contractors & AI chatbots. Team CX SUX. 2 people send out surveys manually at a cost of $300k per year where automation and even Survey Monkey method could do it all for $1000 per year and compile it for the C-Sweet to view. @js my raise this year was 1/2 % I am still below the minimum job band for my level. the architect of the job architecture has failed plus they are invisible, not accountable, and are being protected. farm that role out.
If there is another layoff, the CHRO and Head of Comp should be first & second on the list.
Eliminate the Head of HR too.
eliminate all sales reps who cant sell---All It reps who can't type---All janitors who have to wipe up after the chros mess---all call ctr reps who can't detect fraud--and all evps who smell like tacos
