What happens if you get 2 ROD at once? Info hubs are unclear.

@11h+1kg31v0kz And that would definitely be a case by case situation as Wayfair states you should be considering good intent with employees as well as customers
What’s crazy is I almost got a write up for my FCR when my metrics showed me 60% min but they showed management 59.95 and so they made it a big deal it had to be approved for me not to go on a plan. So stupid, I’m glad to be out of here next week. And the whole call flow min is absolutely insanity if you don’t do things AI picks up
@pm Anyone can empathize with a person’s personal situation, especially during times of financial difficulty. However, that does not excuse poor performance or unprofessional behavior in any business. This person could have great strengths that just do not align to this company.
That’s easy to say don’t repeat the same behavior, how about stop changing the metrics every month, how about stop changing the practices every time you look up. No one is just sc--wing themselves up on purpose. Let’s be real . The question should have been answered using the Wayfair CARES approach. How about some empathy and compassion and respect.Like you care about others. Just like yourself this is another person’s income that helps take care of themselves and their family.
do not repeat the same behavior for 3 months to avoid a verbal warning. It also depends what the ROD is for. It could range from just a SOP or it could be your manager covering their bases before recommend you for termination. Do better. No reason you should be getting 3 RODs. We hate giving it as much as you hate receiving them.
@OP Nothing unique, there are a few categories of issues: attendance, conduct points for Frontline and metric/performance.
You can be on ROD for any multiple categories of above but unless anything progresses to next steps, it's not like a full on death knell.
It definitely seems that way. @a2
The writing is on the wall for you.
