FIS keeps firing the builders and doers and adding more CEO minus two level chiefs, each of which then expand their empires and hiring, turf battles, demand more internal reporting....

How many wasted dollars on outside consultants and failed initiatives

They are out of ideas. their only playbook is hire more super senior silo executives and cut the actually accomplishing something level

I'm not sure what's crazier. that they board hasn't made a change, or I haven't made a change. This is such a mediocre led company
