Why so much hatred in America ?

Just curious, does our American counterparts unfairly compensated ? Seen so much hatred especially MW and his LT.

Other part of the world,in my side of the world, the trend is the mid-managers got the hatred due to poor leadership skills, not performing yet promoted due to some connections with some American leadership connections so called build relationship.

Most Baby Boomers have retired. Other than MW, leadership positions are Gen X (1946 - 1965) and Millennials ( 1981- 1996)

You are incorrect to state “boomers” indicating all boomers. Your statements are correct but not all boomers act this way. Your description is a minority of boomers albeit the ones who sold their soles to climb the corporate ladder. Many of the chevron leadership fits your description and they have exploited the individual contributors for their own personal gain.
It is funny to see how they are scrambling to adjust to the new regime since many of the good ole boys were “retired” in the great purge in 2025.

it’s important to point out that boomers tend to have two distinct awful qualities

  1. they don’t have successors. many reason for this, part of it is that they surround theirselves with lessers instead of mentees with potential so that they look better and don’t have threats around them
  2. the other major part and thing that they do is pull one time only moves that nobody else would dare to do because they are short term booms at immense long term costs to the organization. like an IPO, or firing all of our fellow countrymen for cheap labor, or building the national debt up because you’ll be dead when the bill comes due, or cyclic stock buybacks achieved by selling assets. the goal is just to them to win personally at any and all costs to others. once you see it there is no going back.

You can't miss what you never had.
So of course you don't understand the frustrations of Americans and others of the Western World, which is being experienced now.

You're happy with scraps, because it's better than the utter cr-p you were used to.
Whereas when people who've enjoyed thriving success, innovation, and prosperity throughout their entire lives, have it being suddenly downgraded and pulled out from under them/siphoned off/directed elsewhere or destroyed, it's a shocking betrayal.

Because the people making the decisions to allow the USA to be hollowed out from within, have sold out their fellow Americans' futures. They've literally sold people out, and have no qualms about it, and will continue to do so until all 1st world countries are decimated down to 3rd world low living, where it's mostly have-nots, and a few haves.

Their goal is not only to sell out, oppress, demoralize, and defeat 1st world populaces, but to eventually destroy them. That's the goal. They said it in the Georgia Guidestones, Agenda 2030, and they're saying it with all of the Ayyyyyyy I. data centers that are sprouting up like evil mushrooms all over the place.

Those data centers aren't primarily for just running regular businesses or governmental agencies...they're to implement a systemic panopticon and multi-layered simulations, where organic human beings are not only not preferred to be in existence, they're preferred to become obsolete. People in 1st world countries see this writing on the wall. People in 3rd world countries are blind to it so far, because they think they're "getting over on THE MAN" and relishing finally getting what they believe is their slice of the pie. The pie isn't sweet anymore. It's filled with fake ingredients, some poisonous.

Our ELT have decimated the US workforce and treat us with no respect. We are brutally understaffed and forced into the office with no assigned seats, and no trash cans. There has been constant changes for the worse for us as they try to get us to quit. Benefits will be the next thing to erode. Chevron was a great place to work before MW and his team. Once he came in he has wrecked the company and the morale is rock bottom. It all goes up to him and his team so he gets the hatred because of that. He's terrible!
