Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

Reporter writing about layoffs

Hello, I am Mansur Shaheen and I cover health insurance companies for a Financial Times newsletter. I have heard that around 5-10% of Molina's workers were impacted by layoffs, I am sorry to hear about this.

If any one impacted would like to talk, be in touch at Mansur.Shaheen@FT.com

@26b calm down captain. If you do the work you need not worry. We have a lot lazy coworkers who “get in the way” and cause damage to our departments. Show up and do your job as JZ and other management here has asked you. Remember, keep your head down in that Caid & Care if your still employed here- and most importantly keep quiet while out on the “streets”. Your severance is truly on the line…

How about not being a spineless corporate shill and be willing to tell the truth. If you are that hard up that losing the severance is going to harm you, then you are ill prepared anyway

I thought that was illegal to threaten free speech. Perhaps because you sign to agree to it

As far as speaking g out, no need to do that.

Everyone knows already. It's not a secret.

@199 yes, do not do this. Your severance is on the line. If you do speak with media please keep it light and positive and grateful for the opportunity's you have been blessed with in the past. We will track you. Thank you for your corporation.

Rmeber the severance underwriting states you agree to not speak negatively about Molina. Here we do, but be careful with post like this and who you trust to speak to. Could be a set up

@10x Yes please do not talk to any of these outlets or we will catch you and pull your severance per the agreement. You may not work here anymore but we still have control over you to some extent. Thank you for your cooperation.

Be careful with this everyone - our termination and severance agreements are very specific that we DO NOT speak to press, reporters, make public social media posts, etc. Speaking to folks and bringing layoffs to the public light will cost you your severance package.
