Following year they will make a big reduction due to investment in genai, roughly 25% is number.

@10x he H-1B program is strictly for specialized roles where no qualified US worker is available. Using it to avoid hiring Americans violates the law and should be reported to the USCIS.
Hiring in such US workplaces is being used to convert almost illegals into h1b by h1bs/Xh1bs. A curse on US soil. aka Silent invasion.
