Time to have a plan. Oracle lags these days but ends up figuring out that they have to play the same game to remain competitive or even stay in the game.

Summary The decline is hardware revenue is re-accelerating. Growth in cloud revenue is barely offsetting declines elsewhere. Given sluggish growth and deteriorating profitability, Oracle deserves a discount valuation.
